National School Choice Week (January 24-30) is a positive and enthusiastic celebration of all educational options, including private, religious education. As a longtime supporter of school choice, Agudath Israel of America has been an active participant since the first NSCW and welcomes your participation. Organizers are expecting 15,000 events to take place this year, many of them featuring the ubiquitous yellow scarves. NCSW is nonpolitical and does not advocate for any specific legislation, however statehouse rallies and community events are great opportunities to educate families and lawmakers about existing school choice programs or why such policies should be pursued.

Agudath Israel of America will be participating in NCSW events across the country including the ones below and we hope you can join us. Your school or community organization  can also host its own celebration, but today, January 8th, is the last day to order a free box of NSCW scarves and materials by going to www.schoolchoiceweek.com.

Choices and co-sponsored by Agudath Israel and several coalition partners. http://www.flvoicesforchoices.org/

January 24 – NJ: Rabbi Avi Schnall will help kick off NSCW in New Jersey by delivering remarks at an event in Newark. Learn more by clicking here,
